My passion for baking all started when I was a little girl. I was 8 years old and I was given an easy bake oven for my birthday. I instantly fell in love with it and would make treats for my sister and teddy bears for our weekly tea parties.
After community college, I enrolled at the Professional Culinary Institute (now known as the International Culinary Center) in Campbell, CA to study Baking and Pastry Arts. It was then when I discovered that I love making cakes and how creative I can get with flavors and designs.
After I graduated, friends would ask if I can make cakes for special occasions. I would do cake tastings by putting them in a mason jar so they were able to take it home and try different flavors. Then I suddenly thought "these would be so rad to sell" and that's when I turned my passion into a business in July 2016.
That's how Totally Baked Goodies was created!
